Job Requirements

  • Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to hold Lead Cashier position
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Two years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Proficient with basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and collaborate with a team
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Capability to react under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs
  • Continuous mobility and ability to bend, twist, stoop, and reach throughout the shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Two years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
  • Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling
  • Experience addressing guest concerns professionally
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
  • Proficient with basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and service goals including loyalty and retail shrink
  • Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests and personalizing product recommendations
  • Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
  • Support makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations by pairing guests with associates
  • Book appointments and support execution of in-store services and events
  • Maintain organization and replenishment of cashwrap displays and supplies
  • Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates
  • Lead peers by example to achieve high productivity and performance
  • Promote guest loyalty programs and credit offerings
  • Complete cashier chat ins and outs, associate exit inspections, and open and close register functions
  • Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to safety and loss prevention standards
  • Uphold compliance with company policies, procedures, and dress code
  • Participate in ongoing training and collaborate across store teams to drive business growth
  • Execute other operational tasks as directed
