Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand and move continuously throughout the store
- Frequent bending, pulling, pushing, crouching, stooping, twisting, and reaching during shifts
- Frequent lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds
- Continuous coordination and manipulation of objects during shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
- Strong passion for guest service and competency in selling
- Experience addressing guest concerns professionally
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
- Proficiency with Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and good judgment in pressure situations
Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding retail and service sales goals, guest loyalty, and retail shrink targets
- Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging every guest, personalizing service, and recommending products and services
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges courteously and accurately
- Book appointments and support in-store event execution to enhance the guest experience and sales performance
- Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest readiness
- Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates in cashiering
- Complete register open and close functions and support cashier accountability
- Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with store team to grow the business
- Uphold compliance with policies, procedures, and dress code
- Maintain overall store cleanliness and safety
- Protect company assets and minimize loss through adherence to operating procedures
- Execute other operational tasks as directed
