Job Requirements

High school diploma preferred
Two years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Proven ability to delegate, multitask, and problem-solve
Demonstrated passion and knowledge for guest service
Experience exceeding sales goals and training others
Able to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 18 years old to hold Lead Cashier role

Job Qualifications

High school diploma preferred
Two years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven ability to delegate, multitask, and problem-solve
Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and competency in selling
Experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
Experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
Proficient with basic technology including point of sale systems and Apple devices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Ability to use good judgment under pressure and adapt to changing situations

Job Duties

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink
Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing service
Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
Book appointments for services and support in-store events
Maintain and organize cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures
Support leadership with register open and close functions and associate exit inspections
