Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Proven ability to delegate, multitask, and problem-solve

  • Proficient with POS systems and Apple devices
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding store's retail, service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty including credit, and retail shrink goals
  • Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, recommending products or services
  • Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
  • Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales
  • Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver exceptional guest experience and achieve sales targets
  • Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures in a guest-ready condition
  • Support leadership team with open and close register functions, associate exit inspections, and cashier chat ins/outs
  • Promote guest loyalty programs and create excitement for credit and loyalty goals
  • Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training other associates
  • Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and dress code
  • Manage cash and media control at cashwrap according to company policies
  • Maintain store cleanliness and standards including cashwrap, sales floor, restrooms, backroom, and break area
  • Protect company assets by ensuring safety, inventory control, and loss prevention measures are met
  • Participate in ongoing training, collaborate with team members to grow business
