Job Requirements

  • Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to continuously move throughout the store during shift
  • Frequent bending, pulling, pushing, crouching, stooping, twisting, and reaching during shift
  • Ability to frequently lift or move up to 25 lbs
  • Continuous coordination and manipulation of objects
  • Commitment to upholding company policies, procedures, and dress code
  • Ability to engage guests in loyalty programs and sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive attitude with ability to work in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma is preferred
  • 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
  • Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and competency for selling
  • Experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Demonstrated experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires
  • Proficient with basic technology such as Point of Sale system and Apple devices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ability to react under pressure and use good judgment
  • Flexible and adaptable

Job Duties

  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and retail shrink
  • Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting, engaging, personalizing service, and recommending products or services
  • Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
  • Book appointments for and support execution of services and in-store events
  • Take ownership over the replenishment, organization, and maintenance of all cashwrap displays and supplies
  • Support leadership team with cashier chat ins, chat outs, and associate exit inspections
  • Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training other associates
