Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to continuously move throughout the store during shift
- Frequent bending, pulling, pushing, crouching, stooping, twisting, and reaching during shift
- Ability to frequently lift or move up to 25 lbs
- Continuous coordination and manipulation of objects
- Commitment to upholding company policies, procedures, and dress code
- Ability to engage guests in loyalty programs and sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude with ability to work in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma is preferred
- 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
- Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and competency for selling
- Experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Demonstrated experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires
- Proficient with basic technology such as Point of Sale system and Apple devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to react under pressure and use good judgment
- Flexible and adaptable
Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and retail shrink
- Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting, engaging, personalizing service, and recommending products or services
- Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
- Book appointments for and support execution of services and in-store events
- Take ownership over the replenishment, organization, and maintenance of all cashwrap displays and supplies
- Support leadership team with cashier chat ins, chat outs, and associate exit inspections
- Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training other associates
