Job Requirements

Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be 18 years or older
Continuous mobility and physical ability to bend, pull, push, crouch, stoop, twist, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs
Ability to complete all transactions accurately and follow company policies
Adhere to dress code
Maintain prompt and regular attendance

Job Qualifications

High school diploma preferred
2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling
Experience addressing guest concerns professionally
Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
Proficient with basic technology such as Point of Sale system and Apple devices
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Ability to react under pressure and be flexible or adaptable

Job Duties

Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty including credit, and retail shrink
Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging each guest, personalizing service, and recommending products and services
Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
Book appointments and support the execution of services and in-store events
Maintain the replenishment, organization, and maintenance of cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures
Support leadership by completing cashier chat ins/outs and exit inspections
Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates
Drive cashier accountability in delivering an exceptional, personalized brand experience
Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, dress code, and cash control
Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business
Maintain store standards and cleanliness
Protect company assets and minimize loss
Execute other operational tasks as directed
