The Lead Café Attendant also plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café and food service areas, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines. Furthermore, this position demands strong leadership qualities, with responsibilities including motivating team members, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting communication between the front and back-of-house to guarantee timely delivery of orders and smooth service flow.

Trilogy at La Quinta values employees who embody its core values of honesty, integrity, respect for individuals, teamwork, and a competitive spirit. The Lead Café Attendant must demonstrate these qualities while also managing cash transactions, overseeing equipment maintenance, and coordinating with management on fluid aspects such as inventory, scheduling, and service issues. Candidates are expected to be customer-oriented, able to thrive under pressure, and adept at multitasking in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including eligibility for medical, dental, and life insurance plans, paid time off accrual, paid holidays, participation in the company 401(k) plan, and more, reflecting the company’s commitment to the wellbeing and growth of its team members.
