Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three years of related food and beverage experience including one year of management
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk consistently
  • Ability to lift up to or over 20 pounds occasionally over 50 pounds
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work varied hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must pass background check and obtain required certifications including Serve-safe and TABC license
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and proper lifting techniques
  • Ability to use office and food service equipment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Carry out daily operational procedures including guest services
  • Assign busser duties and examine pre-shift and side-work to ensure compliance with daily checklist
  • Ensure all employees understand their assigned tasks and workstations daily
  • Review daily shift report and prepare shift cards
  • Monitor and report attendance deviations
  • Communicate instructions timely and accurately
  • Inspect suite serving stations, tables, and work areas for quality standards
  • Assist in training staff on operational procedures, service etiquette, and customer expectations
  • Monitor activities and performance standards and report concerns
  • Act as a role model fostering teamwork, morale, and communication
  • Maintain safety procedures and use protective equipment
  • Report workplace injuries and unsafe conditions
