The Lead Bartender role at Equal Measure, part of the ES Hospitality family, is a pivotal position that blends front-line leadership with expert bartending skills. This full-time role offers a starting wage of $10.00 per hour plus tips estimated between $40 and $60 hourly, along with access to a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, dining discounts, 401(k), and opportunities for ongoing professional development. This role entails leading the bar team by training and mentoring current and new staff, ensuring the consistent execution of Equal Measure's cocktail and beverage standards. The Lead Bartender will also assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, prep shifts, and support private event operations ensuring seamless collaboration across all ES Hospitality concepts within the plaza. In addition to managerial responsibilities, the Lead Bartender will perform core bartender duties such as engaging with guests, preparing and serving drinks and food, maintaining cleanliness and efficiency of the bar area, and ensuring responsible alcohol service.
