Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of bartending experience
- at least 1 year in a leadership role
- current TABC and Food Handler's certifications
- must be able to work extended hours including late nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms
- ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- specific vision abilities required including close vision and distance vision
- must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements
- must be able to work in a team environment
- high level of attention to detail and organization
- strong leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of bartending experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
- current TABC and Food Handler's certifications
- proven experience in menu development and crafting signature cocktails
- extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and beverages, including production processes, regions, and tasting notes
- excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment
- strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer and client service with demonstrated initiative, leadership, and management skills
- customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise the bartending team to ensure consistent service excellence and adherence to all operational standards
- assist with training and mentoring bartenders to foster skill development and cohesive team environment
- create and maintain a seasonal cocktail menu, ensuring alignment with club culture and member preferences
- oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock rotation, to maintain cost controls and minimize waste
- ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety regulations
- provide an engaging and hospitable atmosphere for members, offering expert knowledge on cocktails, spirits, beer and wine
- uphold all standards for the proper service of alcohol as set forth by Legends Hospitality and TABC regulations
- perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required
