We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Bartender to join our dedicated team. This is a year-round, full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys contributing to a fast-paced and energetic atmosphere. The Lead Bartender will play a crucial role in supporting daily bar operations and guiding the bar team during service and events. This position requires someone who thrives under pressure while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day bar oversight, managing inventory, and ensuring the bar area is clean, safe, and well-stocked at all times.

In addition to operational duties, the Lead Bartender will train and mentor bartenders and bar staff, ensuring that they understand and follow established policies and service standards. This role is integral in leading the Front-of-House team during various events, requiring strong leadership and communication skills to deliver an exceptional guest experience consistently. The individual will also provide hands-on bartending during regular service and special events, showcasing their expertise and commitment to quality service.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years bartending experience, including experience in private event or banquet settings, and a strong knowledge of bar operations and customer service. The position demands availability for nights and weekends, aligned with event schedules and operational needs. TIPS certification is required or the willingness to obtain it upon hire. Physical stamina is also necessary, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
