Job Requirements

  • relevant bartending training and leadership experience required
  • strong customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional service
  • applicable state licenses and/or certificates
  • ability to resolve disagreements and is respectful of peers and co-workers
  • minimum lifting of 50 pounds
  • pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity
  • hearing, writing, typing
  • minimum pulling of 50 pounds
  • other duties may be assigned

Job Duties

  • assist restaurant manager in ordering, receiving, stocking and maintaining par levels for bar supplies/dry goods/fruits/mixers/purees/etc
  • mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks for guests and the service bar
  • ensure that food and beverages being served are of high quality and properly presented
  • assist in maintaining carbonated and beer beverage systems
  • assist food and beverage supervisors in training new staff
  • understand and enforce Utah and Federal laws and regulations regarding food and liquor sales
