Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
Bartending training and certification
At least 6 months bartending experience
Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time
Ability to read, speak and write English
Ability to accurately count cash and operate cash register
Capability to stand for prolonged periods and lift weights between 20-100 lbs
Ability to bend, kneel and maneuver in narrow areas
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Must be highly organized and able to handle stressful situations tactfully

Job Qualifications

Bartending training and certification
TIPS certified
At least 6 months bartending experience
Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills
Ability to accurately count cash and operate cash register
Highly organized with attention to detail in busy environments
Ability to handle customer service situations with tact and professionalism

Job Duties

Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction
Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures
Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
Know and comply with state liquor laws
Ensure established pars are maintained
Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
Collaborate with restaurant leadership on drink recipes and product specifications
Assist in taking inventories
