Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3-5 years bartending experience in high-volume or upscale environment
- 1-2 years supervisory or lead role experience
- in-depth knowledge of spirits liqueurs beers wines and cocktail preparation
- experience managing bar operations inventory control and staff supervision
- certification in alcohol safety or bartending preferred
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- ability to work in high-energy fast-paced environment
- ability to bend reach and stoop to access storage and restock supplies

Job Duties
- Oversee daily bar operations ensuring efficient service and positive guest experience
- manage bar setup stock levels and cleanliness ensuring supplies are organized and available
- maintain highest standards of drink quality and presentation ensuring drinks prepared per recipe and guest specifications
- monitor bar performance including guest feedback sales inventory adjusting operations as needed
- coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth communication and rapid accurate drink service during peak times
- lead provide guidance and support to junior bartenders maintaining positive work environment
- train mentor and coach bartenders on cocktail preparation service standards bar etiquette and policies
- create staff schedules ensuring adequate staffing for busy periods and events
- set performance expectations conduct evaluations and offer feedback for improvement
- foster teamwork collaboration and accountability among bar staff
- engage guests addressing needs ensuring exceptional customer service
- promptly handle guest concerns and complaints with solution-oriented approach
- anticipate guest preferences offering personalized cocktail and beverage recommendations

- oversee inventory ensuring supplies adequately stocked stored safely
