Job Description

Three Birds is a new, modern neighborhood New American restaurant located in the Dayton area. It is the third concept brought to life by The Idea Collective and Executive Chef Jorge Guzman, who are also behind the popular dining establishments Sueño and Tender Mercy/Dōzo. Job Requirements

Must have previous bartending experience
Possess a positive and energetic attitude
Able to work in a team-oriented environment
Willingness to undergo training and testing
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be at least 21 years of age
Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience preferred
Strong passion for hospitality and guest care
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixology
Familiarity with wine and food pairing is a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training

Job Duties

Prepare and serve cocktails with precision and creativity
Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar
Deliver attentive and friendly service to guests
Demonstrate deep knowledge of the food menu, cocktail offerings, and wine list
Participate in routine training sessions and menu/service knowledge testing
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations
Uphold a welcoming and approachable atmosphere for all guests
