Job Requirements

must be able to work minimum of four shifts per week
availability for lunch and evening shifts
proven bartending experience
prior server experience
ability to stand for extended periods
strong work ethic
legal age to serve alcohol in the jurisdiction

Job Qualifications

minimum of two years bartending experience
prior serving experience preferred
strong knowledge of cocktails and beverage trends
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
leadership experience or potential
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
customer-focused attitude

Job Duties

manage bar inventory and supplies
prepare and serve drinks according to standardized recipes
supervise and train junior bartenders and bar staff
ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
assist in creating and updating drink menus
