Job Duties
- Responsible for additional training duties and supporting other associates with daily tasks
- Provide high-quality service to guests creating personal connections through friendly conversation and intuitive suggestions
- Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and perform daily cleaning and side work
- Be knowledgeable of menu items including contents, preparation methods, and garnishes and accurately answer guest questions
- Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
- Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
- Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment
- I.D guests and monitor beverage consumption to prevent over-serving
- Perform other assigned duties
