Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in high-volume fine dining or luxury restaurants
- Experience in POS editing, inventory control and financial performance reviews
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Proven ability to maintain high standards under pressure while ensuring consistency and efficiency
- Strong food and beverage product knowledge
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Duties
- Execute and uphold Mott 32 cocktail, spirit, and bar service standards at all times
- Lead the bar team during service, ensuring smooth operations, speed, and consistency
- Serve as the primary on-floor bar authority for cocktails, spirits, and guest recommendations
- Maintain recipe integrity, portion control, and presentation standards
- Collaborate with management and culinary teams on seasonal cocktails, menu development, and pairings
- Train, coach, and mentor bartenders and barbacks on technique, service standards, and product knowledge
- Oversee bar prep, batching, and mise en place to support high-volume service
- Monitor beverage quality, freshness, and sanitation compliance
- Assist with bar inventory, ordering, and cost controls in coordination with management
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and internal policies
- Support VIP service, special events, and private dining beverage execution
- Represent Mott 32 Las Vegas with professionalism, confidence, and composure in all guest interactions
- Ensure adherence to program targeted cost goals during menu curation
- Ensure adherence to targeted ticket times and beverage check average goals
