Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of related experience, preferably in high-end establishments or hospitality management
- Appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend and/or serve food as required by city and state
- Mixology certifications or training desirable

Job Duties
- Create classic and innovative cocktails, select appropriate glassware, garnish drinks and educate customers about the drink menu
- Take orders and serve drinks directly or indirectly through waitstaff, assess customers’ needs and preferences to make recommendations
- Maintain the bar area ensuring it is neat, sanitary, and well-stocked, including stocking ice, beverages, slicing bar fruit, preparing specialty mixers, cleaning glassware and utensils
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations, including age verification for alcohol purchase
- Train and supervise employees as directed by onsite management
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
