Job Requirements
- Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church
- be a fully initiated Catholic in communion with the Catholic Church and intentionally living out the five precepts of the Church
- must be available during summer hours
- actively involved in the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic community for at least one year
- previous experience working at Drogo’s Coffee Bar preferred
- ability to handle cash and operate basic coffee equipment
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- flexible availability according to variable hours scheduled
Job Qualifications
- Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church

- must be available during summer hours
- actively involved in the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic community for at least one year
- worked for Drogo’s at least two years preferred
- warm, approachable, and engaging in all interactions
- models virtuous behavior and serves as a positive example within the community
- embraces a mission-oriented mindset, helping create a space that feels like a home away from home
- be receptive to feedback and open to ongoing improvement
- communicate clearly and consistently with the manager regarding scheduling and any issues
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- take orders accurately and answer questions about menu items
- make recommendations based on customer preferences
- handle cash, card, and digital payments
- address customer concerns or complaints professionally
- coordinate events with the barista staff
- prepare coffee and espresso drinks according to recipes and standards
