Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum of 3 years professional cooking experience
- Ability to prepare a wide variety of food items to standard
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures
- Effective communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic organizational skills
- Professional demeanor and flexibility
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Possesses ability to prepare a wide variety of food items to standard in a high-volume fast-paced operation typically attained through a minimum of 3 years professional cooking experience
- Possesses ability to complete all cook and assistant cook duties including washing slicing peeling and or cutting various foods to prepare for cooking or serving
- Demonstrates understanding and knowledge of the application of sanitation procedures
- Can effectively communicate with team members and guests in English speak read write
- Demonstrates a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word Excel and Outlook
- Possesses basic organizational skills ie office organization electronic files equipment supplies
- Presents themselves in a professional manner and understands the need to be flexible with schedule tasks and responsibilities based on the needs of the business and the team
Job Duties
- Portray an outgoing friendly demeanor towards guests and team members responding to needs with a sense of urgency
- Organize and delegate work assignments as needed
- Assist in guidance and training of barista staff ensuring work procedures quality standards and menu specifications are adhered to
- Prepare and sell coffee drinks such as espresso cafe latte and cappuccino by following recipes and preparation techniques
- Operate electronic cash register system to accurately and immediately account for transaction payments and transports monies to and from the main credit cage
- Deliver guest orders
- Ensure guest satisfaction through food quality checks and respond to guest complaints
