Job Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have at least one year of prior restaurant or relevant experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests
  • Have a flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand or walk constantly with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting
  • Positive energy and teamwork orientation

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of prior restaurant or relevant experience
  • Effective communication skills with managers, employees, and guests
  • Positive energy and readiness to assist fellow support staff
  • Ability to work flexibly including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and barista skills

Job Duties

  • Create, prepare, and serve the coffee beverages based on recipes and record drink orders accurately
  • Receive and serve food and drink orders to guests seated at the bar, accept and process guest payment, and report cash and credit card gratuities received to comply with the IRS standards of reporting income
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including coffee station and bar tops, wash and sterilize glassware, set up and breakdown all bar items
  • Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies and report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to restaurant manager
