Job Requirements

Be 18 years of age or older
Have at least one year of prior restaurant or relevant experience
Positive energy and team player
Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests
Flexible schedule availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand and walk constantly with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting

Job Duties

Create, prepare, and serve coffee beverages based on recipes and record drink orders accurately
Receive and serve food and drink orders to guests seated at the bar, accept and process guest payment, report cash and credit card gratuities received in compliance with IRS standards
Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including coffee station and bar tops
Wash and sterilize glassware, set up and breakdown all bar items
Assist with restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to restaurant manager
