Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
6 months to 1 year relevant experience
Desire to become a non-union team leader
Food safety certification required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Willingness to travel regionally less than 10 percent of the time

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in restaurant, barista, or related field preferred
Food safety certification
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desire to become a non-union team leader
Passion for customer service and team leadership

Job Duties

Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed
Demonstrate strong knowledge and passion for Starbucks beverages and products
Build strong working relationships with guests and vendors
Supervise stocking, receiving, and writing department orders
Deliver outstanding customer service by leading the team by example
Oversee and evaluate training of team members
Help reduce shrink and maintain safety as the top priority
Maintain cleanliness of department and work area
Actively promote an environment which embraces diversity, inclusion, and respect
