Job Requirements

Previous barista experience
ability to work full time Monday through Friday from 7:15 am to 3:45 pm
effective communication skills
attention to detail
capacity to manage inventory
ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
willingness to train and support team members

Job Qualifications

Previous barista experience
strong customer service skills
leadership ability
knowledge of espresso coffee preparation
ability to train and mentor staff
familiarity with POS systems
understanding of food safety and HACCP standards

Job Duties

Oversees daily coffee bar operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and service
trains and mentors baristas
creates and executes specialty drinks and seasonal specials
ensures excellent customer experience
manages ordering
monitors inventory levels
keeps stock organized to ensure the bar remains fully supplied
