Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- Computer literacy
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, frozen, dusty, and loud environments
- Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with production procedures, GMPs, and food safety requirements
- Support equipment setup, changeovers, and line stoppages based on production needs
- Follow production running order and recipes to maintain product quality
- Maintain accurate shift documentation and production reporting
- Support standardization of procedures to improve efficiency and product quality
- Work effectively in fast-paced, changing production environments
- Collaborate as an active member of a highly functioning production team
