Job Requirements
- Three or more years of bakery or food production experience
- Previous leadership or training experience strongly desired
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Food Handlers Card required
- Knife safety knowledge and ServSafe certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake approved recipes while maintaining consistency and quality
- Plan production schedules based on forecasted sales and department needs
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Train and coach bakery staff on procedures, accuracy, and efficiency
- Minimize waste through accurate pars, sampling, and shrink tracking
- Order and rotate products according to vendor schedules and deadlines
- Participate in inventories and inspections to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Communicate daily updates, notes, and coaching opportunities via Microsoft Teams and email
- Collaborate with Deli, Kitchen, and Front of House teams to ensure smooth operations
- Demonstrate leadership through engagement, communication, and proactive problem-solving
