Job Duties
- Take charge during shifts to ensure smooth operations and a great guest experience
- Support training efforts by coaching new team members and reinforcing standards
- Jump in wherever needed, from the front counter to the kitchen, to keep things running
- Monitor quality, speed, and service to make sure every order meets Wingstop standards
- Help manage inventory, cleanliness, and shift flow
