Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of legal recruiting experience
- Ability to work full-time in-office five days a week
- Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
- Knowledge of social media platforms like LinkedIn
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of legal recruiting experience within a law firm
- Proven ability to work in an in-office environment five days a week
- Prior experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn is advantageous
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of law student and entry-level recruiter activities for the Miami office
- Support onboarding and integration of summer associates, lateral associates, and off-track attorneys, including orientation planning
- Plan and coordinate summer associate programs, social events, and performance tracking
- Act as the main liaison with law school career offices and student groups for interview programs and engagement activities
- Manage law student interview logistics, compile necessary documentation, and coordinate schedules
