Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of legal recruiting experience
  • Ability to work full-time in-office five days a week
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Knowledge of social media platforms like LinkedIn
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of legal recruiting experience within a law firm
  • Proven ability to work in an in-office environment five days a week
  • Prior experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn is advantageous

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of law student and entry-level recruiter activities for the Miami office
  • Support onboarding and integration of summer associates, lateral associates, and off-track attorneys, including orientation planning
  • Plan and coordinate summer associate programs, social events, and performance tracking
  • Act as the main liaison with law school career offices and student groups for interview programs and engagement activities
  • Manage law student interview logistics, compile necessary documentation, and coordinate schedules
