Job Requirements

  • Relevant receptionist experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Willingness to cross-train for other duties

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Computer and internet savvy
  • Must be prompt, responsible, reliable and maintain confidentiality

  • Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for a law firm and check in all guests
  • Assist with the coordination of the conference center including scheduling meetings, setting up rooms, and coordinating with vendors
  • Perform general office services such as processing incoming/outgoing mail and packages, copy/print/scan services, inventory and supply management
  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image with exceptional interpersonal and phone skills
  • Provide administrative support as needed utilizing Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
