Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Relevant receptionist experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must be prompt, responsible, reliable, and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to think critically and resolve problems
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional evenings
  • Willingness to cross-train for additional responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the office and check in all guests
  • Assist with the coordination of the conference center including scheduling meetings, setting up rooms, and coordinating with vendors
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to assist with evening events once or twice a month
  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image with exceptional interpersonal and phone skills
  • Provide administrative support as needed, utilizing Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
