The Barista role at Regal Unlimited is an essential position responsible for ensuring guests consistently receive high-quality beverages and food products, with a particular emphasis on authentic Italian espresso and specialty coffee drinks, including coffee with alcohol. This role requires adherence to recipe and presentation standards, guaranteeing product excellence with every order served. Baristas are expected to engage customers by providing detailed product information and answering questions related to coffee blends and preparation methods. In addition to beverage preparation, they operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace, and ensure all equipment is properly operated, prepared, and cleaned.

Job Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily

- Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Must obtain applicable food handling permits or certifications as required by law
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required
- Possess good public speaking skills, listen effectively and respond clearly and directly
- Texas Alcohol Beverage Certificate (TABC) required
- Food Handler certification required
- Ability to identify problems, gather relevant data and note possible causes of problems
- Evaluate relevant information, recognize alternatives and reach conclusions based on evidence
- Take action beyond what is necessarily called for
- Perform under pressure and/or opposition
Job Duties
- Provide quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- Prepare and serve authentic Italian espresso, coffee drinks, and coffee with alcohol
- Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation description upon request
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Operate POS system, including the proper handling of and responsibility for accuracy of cash drawer
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Operate, prepare and clean all equipment
- Obtain knowledge of and promote Regal Unlimited
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Regular and consistent attendance
