The position is vital in ensuring a consistent and enjoyable customer experience through adherence to all recipe and presentation standards. Additionally, associates will be responsible for operating the POS system accurately, managing cash drawers responsibly, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The role also requires adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure product safety at all times.
