Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion or progress towards cast certification program
- Valid Texas Alcohol Beverage Certificate (TABC)
- Valid Food Handler Certification
- Ability to perform essential physical tasks including standing, walking, sitting, handling, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling and hearing
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in a moderate noise level environment
- Must have good communication skills
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in work environment
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required
- Possess good public speaking skills
- Listen effectively and respond clearly and directly
- Texas Alcohol Beverage Certificate (TABC)
- Food Handler Certificate required
- Ability to identify problems, gather relevant data and note possible causes
- Evaluate relevant information, recognize alternatives and reach conclusions based on evidence
- Perform under pressure and/or opposition
- Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors
- Ability to obtain applicable food handling permits or certifications as required by law
Job Duties
- Provide quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- Prepare and serve authentic Italian espresso, coffee drinks, and coffee with alcohol
- Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation description upon request
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Operate POS system, including the proper handling of and responsibility for accuracy of cash drawer
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Operate, prepare and clean all equipment
- Obtain knowledge of and promote Regal Unlimited
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance
