The Laundry/Valet Attendant role at Four Seasons Houston is integral to maintaining the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction. This position entails processing all guest laundry requests, including pressing, cleaning, dry-cleaning, spot cleaning, and repairs. The attendant will operate dry cleaning machines and washers/dryers following strict guidelines and chemical usage standards, ensuring all garments such as rags, house towels, and uniforms are impeccably cleaned. Attention to detail is critical, as the attendant must read all clothing labels carefully before processing, utilize the hotel’s tagging system efficiently, and maintain professional presentation through steaming, pressing, and touching up garments.

Additionally, the role involves a one-hour pressing service for guests, spot cleaning of garments, and identifying and reporting any damaged items to management promptly. The Laundry/Valet Attendant ensures the quality and condition of guests’ clothing are preserved, contributing directly to a memorable luxury experience. This role requires a passion for laundry services, the ability to work independently, and previous laundry or valet experience in a luxury hotel setting is preferred but not mandatory.

As a full-time position, the Laundry/Valet Attendant generally works morning shifts but must be flexible to include evening, weekend, and holiday availability to support the hotel's operational needs.
