Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently
- Previous laundry/valet experience in a luxury hotel preferred but not required
- Flexible to work morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety and chemical handling procedures

Job Duties
- Operate dry cleaning machine for processing/cleaning and washers/dryers to specified standards for rags, house towels, uniforms, etc. and is familiar with proper chemical usage
- Process one hour pressing for guests
- Spot clean any garments
- Utilize the tagging system in processing laundry and dry cleaning in the hotel
- Read all clothing labels and instructions before processing any items
- Remove spots and stains from garments whenever possible
- Report any damaged garment to management
- Steam, press, and touch up garments in a professional manner in accordance with Four Seasons standards
