Job Description

Rinse is a premier delivery service company specializing in high-end, streamlined laundry and dry cleaning pickup and delivery. Established as a leader in its niche market, Rinse has earned a reputation for precision, efficiency, and high customer service standards. This company prioritizes operational excellence and reliability, catering to customers who appreciate convenience and premium service tailored to their busy lifestyles. The firm's approach focuses heavily on structured route design and high service quality, ensuring that both customers and drivers have an optimal experience. Rinse operates with a unique business model that eschews traditional restaurant or passenger delivery gigs in favor of dedicated, predictable delivery routes directly from Rinse facilities. This allows drivers to focus on retrieving and completing their routes without the complications of restaurant pickups or rider passengers, making the job less stressful and more focused on execution and reliability.

The position of Rinse Valet is a key role within this framework, designed for individuals seeking part-time or supplemental income with predictable hours and shifts. Valets serve as the backbone of Rinse's delivery operation, responsibly collecting and completing orders directly from company facilities. The role is ideal for those who appreciate structured, consistent routes and value a well-organized workflow. Rinse Valets are assigned shifts predominantly in the evenings, between 7:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., accommodating those who might be looking for work during these hours as a primary or secondary source of income. As a W-2 employee, a valet benefits from competitive pay starting at $19.18 per hour, plus 100% of the tips they earn during their routes. In addition to hourly wages and tips, Rinse reimburses drivers for mileage using the IRS standard rate to cover vehicle expenses including gas and wear and tear, which further supplements earnings.

Rinse offers a limited-time incentive for new valets where completing 10 routes within the first 14 days earns a $250 bonus on top of regular wages, tips, and reimbursements. This opportunity encourages quick onboarding and early productivity, helping new hires ramp up effectively. New Valets are expected to commit to at least three weekend shifts in their first month, which underscores the importance of weekend availability. To support its employees, Rinse provides additional benefits such as paid sick leave, mobile data reimbursement, payroll tax coverage, and company credits for laundry and dry cleaning services. Opportunities for career growth are also available, with many management-level professionals having started as Valets themselves.

This role suits a variety of professionals including those from transportation, logistics, hospitality, and independent fields. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering a premium customer experience. They should have a clean driving record, possess a four-door vehicle, and be capable of carrying bags weighing up to 40 pounds. Holding a valid driver’s license and having a smartphone with GPS functionality are essential to ensure the smooth completion of routes. The Valet position stands out for its clear, structured schedule, predictable routes, and focus on operational precision, making it an attractive part-time job or income supplement for individuals who value consistency and a professional working environment.
