We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Laundry Attendant to join the housekeeping department. The Laundry Attendant plays a critical role in the daily operations of the hotel by managing all laundry-related tasks. This position involves washing, drying, ironing, folding, and distributing linens, towels, napkins, and tablecloths to ensure that all guest and operational needs are promptly met. The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting linens by type, color, and size, as well as pre-treating any stains to maintain the highest quality standards.

The role requires consistent attention to detail, the ability to operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently, and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols. The Laundry Attendant will also maintain the laundry work area by sweeping and mopping floors and ensuring linens are stored off the floor to comply with health and safety regulations. Equipment maintenance, including cleaning dryer filters daily and care of ironing tools, is an essential part of the duties. The position demands physical stamina due to the manual handling of heavy items and requires the candidate to be flexible with working hours, sometimes involving long shifts.
