We are currently seeking a dedicated Linen Attendant to join our dynamic team at this newly reimagined oceanfront hotel. This role is responsible for maintaining our linen quality and ensuring efficient processing through folding and feeding linen into the proper equipment. The Linen Attendant plays a vital role in upholding our high production standards and cleanliness throughout the linen processing area, contributing directly to the overall guest experience by ensuring rooms and public areas are well supplied with fresh, impeccably maintained linens. In addition to linen handling, the Linen Attendant will be responsible for performing all opening duties necessary to prepare the work area at the start of each shift and closing duties to ensure a clean and organized environment at the end of the day. This position requires a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others as part of a dedicated team. The Linen Attendant will operate assigned equipment in accordance with hotel safety guidelines and standards, participate in team-oriented activities, and support management in ensuring smooth daily operations.

The role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the linen processing area and requires a candidate who is attentive to detail, physically capable of handling linens up to 25 pounds, and flexible with work shifts including weekends and holidays. Hospitality skills and a customer-service orientation are critical, as the Linen Attendant will frequently interact with fellow employees and management, ensuring a respectful and friendly work environment.
