Job Duties
- Assist customers with payment systems, machine selection and operation, retail purchases, and wash/dry/fold orders
- Handle customer questions and concerns and escalate to management as needed
- Maintain a safe environment inside and outside of the store by following security procedures
- Ensure the store's cleanliness inside and outside at all times and follow cleaning routines
- Document equipment and building maintenance issues and report unsafe situations
- Maintain a good visual presentation of retail products and educate customers
- Provide consistent quality for wash/dry/fold orders and accurately complete logs
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed
- Perform all other assigned duties
