Job Description
The Village Health & Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing facility offering 193 beds and a wide range of skilled nursing care, restorative therapies, and memory care. Serving the Missoula area since 1981, the facility is dedicated to helping residents lead purposeful lives with Platinum Service®. The Village Senior Residence, a neighboring community, provides independent living, assisted living, and memory care services if needed.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism
- tactful communication with personnel, residents, and visitors
- ability to work with diverse individuals
- proficiency in English for effective communication
