The Concierge role at the resort is pivotal, serving as the guest's primary host from arrival to departure. The Concierge is the go-to person for recommendations on the coffee shop, local attractions, and events, enhancing the guest’s overall visit. Beyond guest interaction, the Concierge supports multiple departments including Sales, Front Office, and Bellman/Van by providing assistance as needed. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to address guest questions and special requests promptly and efficiently.

Moreover, the Concierge oversees the coffee shop operations, including managing transactions, inventory, and maintaining cleanliness, ensuring that the environment adheres to brand and safety standards.
