The Late Shift Receptionist at Jordan Ford plays a critical role as the welcoming voice and face of the dealership during evening hours. This position is essential in providing both employees and customers with an excellent experience during the late shift. The receptionist is responsible for handling multi-line phone systems, managing inquiries, and performing various clerical duties that contribute to smooth vehicle sales and service operations. Alongside managing telephone communications, the receptionist assists customers directly, supports the self-serve market area, and ensures that office areas, including the coffee bar, are well-maintained. This role requires a professional, organized individual who is reliable and possesses strong communication skills.

As the first point of contact during the late shift, the receptionist must demonstrate a winning attitude, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities include answering basic questions and directing customers to appropriate personnel for more detailed inquiries, handling credit card payments, and maintaining an updated telephone directory.
