Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a passion for the industry
- Must be able to work late nights
- Must have problem-solving abilities
- Be self-motivated
- Maintain a positive presence at all times
Job Qualifications
- Passion for the food service industry
- Ability to work late night shifts
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience in food preparation or customer service is a plus
Job Duties
- Responsible for making and prepping any food items while on their shift in compliance to any guidelines or instructions given by their direct person in charge
- Responsible for maintaining shop cleanliness in accordance to the Open, Close, During sheets
- Responsible for using checklists to ensure store cleanliness before, during, and after shifts
- Must maintain a positive attitude and demeanor when interacting with guests, peers, and supervisors
- Must treat each guest with fairness and respect during all transactions
- Performs all other duties as assigned
