Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 85 to 95 percent of the shift
- ability to lift and carry 10 to 65 pounds
- able to move freely throughout the restaurant
- able to operate restaurant equipment
- able to drive a motor vehicle
- able to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds
- able to bend, stoop, reach, wipe, lift, and grab
- sufficient mobility to move and operate in the work area
- able to work inside and outside
- able to observe cleanliness and chemical labels for safe handling
- able to stand and walk during 4 to 8 hour shifts
- able to frequently immerse hands in water
- able to work with all Denny's menu products
- able to hear well in a loud environment
- meets all health risk regulations concerning food handling
- able to tolerate extreme temperature changes
- able to work with potentially hazardous chemicals
Job Qualifications
- Able to work in a team environment
- meets Denny's brand uniform and grooming standards
- passes all required tests and training
- able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends
- possesses excellent guest service skills
- able to learn basic tasks and follow instructions

Job Duties
- Bussing and cleaning guests' tables
- operating and maintaining the dish room
- cleaning and organizing the back of the house
- maintaining and servicing restrooms
- keeping the restaurant's interior and exterior clean and organized
- maintaining an adequate supply of pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, and ice
- observing wares for cleanliness and safe chemical handling
