Job Requirements

Possess at least 3 years of retail cashier experience
Have excellent customer service skills
Be able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
Demonstrate strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Capable of balancing multiple tasks at one time
Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
Exhibit strong communication skills
Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
Able to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments
Willing to work during evening and weekend hours as required
Able to stand for sustained periods
Able to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and a negligible amount regularly
Possess visual acuity needed for reading and detail inspection
Must have valid work authorization in the U.S. and not require visa sponsorship by Insomniac

Job Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience as a retail cashier
Possess excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills
Experience in retail customer service preferred
Ability to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments
Ability to work evening and weekend hours
Capability to remain upright on feet for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Close visual acuity for viewing computer terminals and reading small details

Job Duties

Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change back to customer according to established operating procedures
Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards
Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards
Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day
Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in the maintenance and cleanliness of the entire store
Provide and accept ongoing recognition and constructive feedback
Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs
Participate in safety awareness and maintenance of a risk-free environment
Perform duties as assigned
