As a Lane Server, you will take and deliver food and beverage orders, familiarize yourself with menu items and promotions, and ensure that guests’ needs are consistently met. A significant part of your responsibility will be to provide attentive service, challenge yourself to upsell and recommend menu items or entertainment options, and maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas. This role is not only about serving food and drinks but also about contributing to a positive and engaging atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued.
