As a Lane Server at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will play a crucial role as a world-class ambassador of the entertainment center, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and enjoyment. The position is part-time and offers a competitive pay range of $3.63 to $5.00 per hour, with additional performance-based incentives and a comprehensive total rewards package including healthcare benefits. Lane Servers are responsible for delivering excellent guest service by taking, delivering, and closing out food and beverage orders while promoting the center’s signature menu items and special promotions. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a passion for guest engagement. Team members are expected to assist guests with any questions or issues and help maintain a clean and organized environment that enhances the overall guest experience.

Lane Servers at Lucky Strike Entertainment work primarily during evening and night shifts, including weekends, at a single location. The physical demands of the job include walking, bending, standing for extended periods, and lifting objects with assistance.
