Lane Servers are responsible for taking food and beverage orders, delivering these orders to guests, and handling payment transactions efficiently. They are knowledgeable about the menu, promotions, and specials and use this knowledge to provide recommendations and upsell opportunities to enhance the guest experience. Beyond service, Lane Servers assist guests with any questions or concerns, maintaining a positive and accommodating atmosphere throughout their visit. The role also involves setting up, stocking, and organizing assigned work areas, contributing to the cleanliness and smooth operation of the center.

This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to create a welcoming environment for all guests. Lane Servers must be at least 18 years old and comply with state laws regarding alcohol service. The physical demands of the job include walking, bending, and standing for extended periods, and occasionally lifting objects with assistance. The pay range for this position is $7.00 to $7.70 per hour plus tips, supplemented by performance-based incentives and a competitive benefits package.
