Lane Servers learn about the menu offerings, promotions, and specials to effectively communicate and enhance guest experiences. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting environment, organizing work areas, and upselling the center's unique entertainment options.

Ideal candidates for this position possess excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for guest service. With a minimum age requirement of 18 years and at least two years of related experience, Lane Servers must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced entertainment environment. Physical demands include walking, bending, standing for prolonged periods, and occasionally lifting objects with assistance.
