Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Two years of related work experience
- Knowledge of food and beverage service
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Must comply with state laws regarding alcohol service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (optional)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol legally
Job Duties
- Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders
- Learn menu, promotions, and specials and communicate them to guests
- Check back with guests routinely to ensure satisfaction
- Assist guests with questions, requests, and resolve any issues
- Help maintain cleanliness of the entertainment center
- Set up, stock, and organize assigned work area
- Recommend and upsell entertainment experiences
