This full-time position offers a competitive pay rate of $16.90 per hour, alongside performance-based incentives that reward employees for their dedication and excellence. The Lane Server role requires individuals to be at least 18 years of age and to meet state legal requirements for serving alcohol. Day-to-day responsibilities include taking and delivering food and beverage orders, routinely checking in with guests to ensure their satisfaction, assisting guests with any inquiries or concerns, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the assigned work area. Lane Servers also play a key role in promoting the center experience by recommending and upselling services and offerings. This active role involves physical elements such as walking, bending, standing for extended periods, and occasionally lifting objects with assistance, which contributes to the energetic work environment.
